Color Matching Technician

The Color Matching Technician works independently, but must be willing to take direction as needed. He/she has full knowledge of all Parex USA products and procedures involved with samples production. Essential Job Functions -Processes requests as assigned by Samples Lab Supervisor -Ensures that all requests are processed in a timely manner -Communicates concerns or potential for delays to supervisor and department manager -Adheres to all company policies and procedures for the purpose of remaining consistent in performance and minimizing the potential for errors -Acrylic and Stucco sample production. -Match colors and create sample -Input color formulas into the color system (Colibri) -Prepare sample shipments for delivery via UPS/FedEx -Inventory of lab supplies

Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team! Responsibilities included but are not limited to: -Oversee department operations -Maintain efficiency and organization -Supervising department employees with a “continuous improvement” mentality -Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues -Work with engineers and team to improve process to meet yield and cycle time requirements -Work with engineers to conduct experiments and perform rework and quality testing -related to the production of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies. -Conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. -Mentor and train department maintenance technicians -Lead project teams
